About the Position

We are looking for 1- 2 student assistants to support our daily operations. As part of our team, you will join an international organisation and contribute to the broader goal of strengthening Europe's semiconductor ecosystem and enhancing chip manufacturing in Europe. We offer a position with a high degree of flexibility and responsibility in a friendly and collaborative work environment. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing our LinkedIn presence and website content
  • Assisting with the planning, organization, and hosting of events
  • Supporting communication activities related to events
  • Managing and maintaining technical tools such as Microsoft Forms
  • Assisting with a range of ad hoc administrative and operational tasks

This position is ideal for an organised student with an interest in working in an international and innovative environment. A background in electro, physics or any technical field would be ideal. We expect that you:

  • Are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Are proactive and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and thrive in a team environment

The positions are for 10 hours per week. We offer flexibility in scheduling workdays, also during exam periods. Employment is carried out in accordance with the AC-agreement (Academies in State). We are flexible with starting date and can also accommodate work in the summer.
